Learn how Uptime Medics protects your monitoring data with complete self-hosted isolation.

馃敀 100% Fully Self-Hosted Platform:

Uptime Medics is entirely self-hosted on private infrastructure. Your data does not go anywhere: probe logs, target URLs, health states, and user details are never sold, shared, or sent to external data brokers or telemetry clouds.

Effective Date: November 1, 2026 • Version 1.1

1. Overview & Local Data Boundary

Uptime Medics runs an automated probe scheduler and local SQLite/PostgreSQL storage. All probe pings, HTTP head checks, and response timing calculations originate and terminate strictly on our self-hosted servers.

2. Monitored Targets & Anonymity

  • Anonymous Monitors: Public monitors created on the landing page maintain 48 hours of check history visible on the public dashboard.
  • Registered Accounts: Optional accounts store your email and argon2id password hash for private monitors, alerts, and 30-day incident retention.
  • No Invasive Cookies: We only issue a secure, HTTP-only session cookie for authenticated users. No advertising or third-party surveillance cookies exist.

3. No Artificial Intelligence / Third-Party AI Models

Uptime Medics does not utilize AI inference or external AI APIs. We do not dispatch target URLs, downtime metrics, or server logs to OpenRouter or any third-party AI provider. All probes and state machines operate with deterministic Rust code.

4. Data Deletion

You can delete private monitors or request full account purge at any time from your dashboard.

5. Contact & Privacy Requests

For questions, inquiries, or data deletion requests regarding this self-hosted service, please contact us at [email protected].
